Progress & Reports

The Progress & Reports dashboard, accessible from the main menu, showcases your progress towards scheduled and completed tasks over time, as well as time allocation across your task lists. It helps you stay motivated, spot trends, and provide transparency on how you invest your most valuable asset — time.

Dashboard Graphs

The dashboard includes four main visualizations:

• Scheduled Task Hours Per Day — A bar chart showing how many hours of tasks you scheduled each day. Useful for spotting days where you over-committed or had free capacity.
• Scheduled Hours by List — A breakdown of scheduled task hours across your task lists, showing where you're investing the most time (e.g., "Work" vs. "Personal" vs. "Side Project").
• Scheduled vs. Total Tasks by List — Shows the number of scheduled tasks out of all tasks within each list, helping you identify lists with many unscheduled tasks that may need attention.
• Scheduled vs. Completed Tasks Per Day — Compares how many tasks you planned versus how many you actually completed each day. A healthy pattern shows these numbers close together.

Time Period Selection

You can select the time period for which progress is shown:

• This week
• This month
• Last 7 days
• Last week
• Last month

Changing the period updates all graphs and report data simultaneously.

Task Hours Reports

Click the Generate Report button to create a detailed report for the selected time period. You'll be asked to select which lists (projects) to include. The report contains:

• Overview — Total hours spent across all selected projects, with a per-project breakdown.
• Detailed Task List — Every completed task from the selected projects within the timeframe, with individual durations.

Reports can be filtered by both timeframe and list, and can be exported to PDF for sharing with clients, managers, or teammates.

Billable Hours

For freelancers and consultants, Trevor AI supports billable hours tracking:

1. Set a billable rate — Open any task list, click the list settings, and enter your hourly rate and currency (e.g., $150/hour USD).
2. Generate a billable report — When you generate a report for lists with billable rates, the report automatically calculates the total billable amount based on completed task hours.
3. Export and send — Export the report to PDF and send it directly to your client as an invoice summary.

This workflow lets you track time, generate billing summaries, and export them — all without leaving Trevor AI.
